While on the main dial, swipe down from the top and select ‘Always On Display’, which will allow you to switch on and select your preferred hours for this to be on. Note this will increase your battery consumption.
Within the App, access ‘Dial Market’ then simply long press on the dial you want to select, it will automatically begin to transfer to your watch screen. To set a photo as your screen, enter the ‘Custom Interface’ on the App.
The watch will update automatically when linked to your phone. If the watch is still not updating to the time on your phone, turn your watch off and on again.
With the Henry London APP and the User Profile section, amend your details as required, ensuring you click save in the top right corner.
Please ensure the Smartwatch & Smartphone are connected. Go to Setting - Notifications, then switch on the apps you want to push notifications to your Smartwatch. If the Henry Smart app you wish to send notifications to is not displayed, go to Settings - Notifications - Other app and switch on. Notifications will be pushed if the app itself is in use. If these steps do not solve the problem, then please restart the app.
To ensure notifications from other APPs work as required, you must allow notifications from your APPs settings. Your phone settings must also allow notification previews for the Henry Smart APP to relay these messages to your watch.
You are only able to connect one device at any one time to the app, but you can switch between the devices. Within the APP, you can locate the specific wireless code for your watch under the watch settings section, and under the watch name which is a 12 digit number of numbers and letters. This code can also be found with in the watch settings and system section. In the app settings you have the option to unbind the device. Select this to disconnect the first watch. You can then ‘add device’ which will show you the available devices that you can pair to. You can then select the second watch and this is what will then be visible in the app. Data for the day will only save what is on the last connected device, it will not combine data.
There are a few possible causes to this problem.
a. Please check your Smartphone meets the requirements: Android 4.4 and above version, iOS8.0 and above version.
b. Please ensure you have the latest version of the Henry Smart app.
c. Make sure the device (screen) is switched ON.
d. Make sure the Smartphone Bluetooth is switched ON.
e. Make sure your Smartwatch is within 10 meters of your Smartphone.
f. Make sure you allow access to your location from the app (this will automatically pop-up when you start the app).
Ensure that all permissions are allowed, and that the smartphone does not have and battery saving settings on, as this will disconnect the connection between watch and phone.
The watch uses sensors called accelerometers; these detect wrist movement in order to measure step count. Therefore, some movements such as pushing a pram, shopping trolley or walking a dog may not fully record the step count as the watch sensors cannot pick up the 'walking' motion. In order for the full step count to be recorded on the app, you must go into the Henry Smart app and sync the watch.
Our smartwatches are splash proof. They are not suitable for swimming or showers. Do not immerse in water. Your watch is certified to IP67 standards. It can safely be immersed in water for up to 30 mins to a maximum depth of 1.0 Metre. We advise avoiding use in saltwater. Always rinse your watch in clean, fresh water after swimming.
Once the watch and app are synced through Bluetooth, the watch will display the default Language within your phone settings. If you wish to change the language, please change your phone settings accordingly.
